EQS

Energy Quick Scan (EQS) service offers complex answers to select the optimal roadmap for energy renovation projects of existing buildings. And why is it unique? Because not only does it define the optimal energy mix, it also defines the optimal ESG numbers, budget, value gain and risk solutions. By combining digital twin technologies with big data analysis, we are able to simulate hundreds of possible renovation options, and select the ideal solution - only within 3 weeks.

EasyInvest

Our 'Easy Invest' service helps you optimize the site and building shape from the early stages of your project. Using advanced big data analysis technologies, we create a digital twin of the site and building concepts. We run simulations with genetic algorhytms on each version, linking the results to the business plan. This allows you to track how the results impact your ROI.

HeatScape Resolve

In the course of urban-scale simulations, spatial analyses of the installation can be performed. Testing helps to improve public space comfort and to identify main public spaces, façade surfaces, and the most valuable estates. The simulations can make propositions for a building that fits ideally into the urban context, for the optimized ground floor plans and function mix as well. We use Earth observation data of the European Space Agency to give a precise result.

View study

Plot-level simulations can improve the efficiency of a building and ensure compliance with building certification systems (BREEAM, WELL, LEED) and regulatory requirements. In addition to conducting the simulations, we also provide recommendations for architectural and technical solutions to increase user comfort or help relevant building compliance. Operational and sales profits are maximized by solutions based on the simulations.

Sunlight study

By analyzing the sun's path and its impact on a building's orientation and design, we can optimize daylight exposure, enhance indoor comfort, and reduce reliance on artificial lighting. These studies inform strategic decisions on window placement, shading solutions, and material selection, ensuring that our designs are both energy-efficient and aesthetically pleasing. Our commitment to sustainable architecture ensures that each project harmonizes with its natural environment, providing long-term benefits to both occupants and the ecosystem.

Energy modul

The operational and cost implications of different energy concepts are determined by simulations from an early investment stage. We analyze different standards and determine the appropriate energy system within the given investment structure, whether it is at the level of a building or even a city.

PV Panel Study

These simulations consider critical factors such as shading, geographic location, and seasonal variations to provide precise estimates of energy production. Our detailed analysis enables clients to understand the potential energy savings and environmental benefits of solar panel installations, facilitating informed decision-making for sustainable building projects.

Pedestrian movement study

By analyzing pedestrian movement patterns, we can optimize the layout of public spaces, enhance accessibility, and improve overall user experience. Utilizing cutting-edge simulation technology, we identify potential bottlenecks and design solutions that ensure efficient navigation and comfort in high-traffic areas. Our commitment to human-centric design ensures that every project not only meets regulatory standards but also exceeds client expectations in creating welcoming and efficient environments.

Plotmix

In the case of urban-scale real estate development, maximizing investor profit is mainly determined by the development concept and site geometry. With our unique approach, it is possible to compare a large number of versions for land division, identifying the building block that maximizes regulatory parameters. The service also helps identify the differences between various building regulations, which can determine the potential increase in value due to a regulatory change.

Model Based Cost Estimate

Model-based reports go beyond listing the quantities of applied materials. In addition to reliable and fast quantitative data reporting, we have connected regional building data related to the building's function and character (considering the level of development of the model), thus enabling us to compile analyses from the early stages of design. In addition to the expenditure side, the model is also related to revenue-generating items, allowing the execution simulation and continuous monitoring of the return on investment of construction projects.

Model Based Incomes

The dashboard at hand goes beyond intuitive data visualization: we link model-based and data-based information on a customized control panel to compare different scenarios, as needed. Depending on the construction, the input data can be modified on both the service provider’s and on the customer’s side, with changes trackable in real time. Automated processes ensure an in-depth analysis of the dashboard. The model-based connection means that the cost side can be linked to the revenues from the early stages of the investment to operation, all with adjustable parameters and dynamic change monitoring.
