The dashboard at hand goes beyond intuitive data visualization: we link model-based and data-based information on a customized control panel to compare different scenarios, as needed. Depending on the construction, the input data can be modified on both the service provider’s and on the customer’s side, with changes trackable in real time. Automated processes ensure an in-depth analysis of the dashboard. The model-based connection means that the cost side can be linked to the revenues from the early stages of the investment to operation, all with adjustable parameters and dynamic change monitoring.

Model based energy concepts

The operational and cost implications of different energy concepts are determined by simulations from an early investment stage. We analyze different standards and determine the appropriate energy system within the given investment structure, whether it is at the level of a building or even a city.

Quick reports for energy retrofit

Our service provides an estimate of what, at what cost, and within what timeframe can be developed. It can perform a rapid energy analysis of the entire existing real estate portfolio, and can identify the technical interventions allowing the building to move up to a higher energy class, always at the optimal cost. This system can be applied at the block level, as well as at the project portfolio level for multiple locations at the same time.

Automated flatmix

The automated flat mix allocation is fine-tuned by the priorities of the real estate developer. It reduces planning time and determines the ideal flat layout in the building block. The system can automatically determine sales target numbers at the beginning of the master planning stage, based on investor preferences. Generative algorithms enable the software to swiftly create a large number of appropriate apartment allocation options, as well as determining the optimal layout, following algorithmic testing.  

Urban scale simulations

In the course of urban-scale simulations, spatial analyses of the installation can be performed. Testing helps to improve public space comfort and to identify main public spaces, façade surfaces, and the most valuable estates. The simulations can make propositions for a building that fits ideally into the urban context, for the optimized ground floor plans and function mix as well.

Building scale simulations

Building-level simulations can improve the efficiency of a building and ensure compliance with building certification systems (BREEAM, WELL, LEED) and regulatory requirements. In addition to conducting the simulations, we also provide recommendations for architectural and technical solutions to increase user comfort or help relevant building compliance. Operational and sales profits are maximized by solutions based on the simulations.

Digital twin support and monitoring

The digital twin is a three-dimensional digital database created from the building, suitable for storing and querying information. It enables radically more efficient investment planning, implementation, and operation. Automated processes based on the digital twin can accelerate and optimize implementation, improve cash flow planning accuracy, and achieve a more energy-efficient and better organized operation. Model based budgeting

Model-based reports go beyond listing the quantities of applied materials. In addition to reliable and fast quantitative data reporting, we have connected regional building data related to the building's function and character (considering the level of development of the model), thus enabling us to compile analyses from the early stages of design. In addition to the expenditure side, the model is also related to revenue-generating items, allowing the execution simulation and continuous monitoring of the return on investment of construction projects.
